A cargo that is perfect in the hold is worthless if the documents fail at the destination. Here is what we know about each region we ship to.

Each region has its own documentary regime, its own packing conventions and its own tolerance for delay. We price all three into the offer, and we quote CIF or DDP so the number you see is the number landed.
North America

Our largest single destination for spices, sesame, cashew kernels and speciality oils. US shipments are prepared against FDA prior notice and FSVP requirements, with our facility registration and lot traceability on file so your importer's audit clears without a scramble. Canadian consignments follow CFIA labelling, and Mexican entries run through NOM labelling and COFEPRIS where the commodity requires it.
South America

A fast-growing book for us in palm-based fats, coconut products and industrial metals. Brazilian entries are prepared against ANVISA and MAPA requirements; Andean destinations take Spanish-language labelling and INVIMA or DIGESA registration support. We quote CIF Santos, Cartagena, Callao and Valparaíso as standard.

The most demanding documentary regime we ship into, and the one that rewards a manufacturer. Every consignment is tested against EU maximum residue levels and the 4 ppb aflatoxin B1 ceiling rather than the origin standard, with full lot traceability for BRCGS and IFS supplier audits. Rotterdam and Antwerp are our default discharge ports.

Mombasa and Dar es Salaam serve the East African interior, and we route landlocked cargo for Uganda, Rwanda and Zambia on through bills of lading. KEBS PVoC and TBS conformity assessment are handled before shipment rather than at the port.

Our home region and the fastest lane we run. ASEAN Form D, Form E for China and Form AK for Korea reduce or remove duty on most of our lines, and we prepare them as a matter of course. Japanese and Korean buyers take our tightest specifications and MRL testing.

Biosecurity is the gate here. Australian and New Zealand consignments are fumigated and certified to meet DAFF and MPI import conditions, with treatment certificates issued before departure and container cleanliness declarations included in the set.

Where the origin is not Malaysian — Vietnamese pepper, Indian groundnut, Ivorian cashew — we ship direct from the origin load port. Routing cargo through Malaysia to look local adds cost and two weeks, and we will not do it.
