Tested on our line, then verified by yours.
Every lot is analysed in our own laboratory before it is offered, and again by an independent surveyor before it sails. Nothing about the quality of your cargo depends on our word for it.
A specification is a machine setting, not a marketing claim.
We contract on figures, not adjectives. "Premium quality" appears nowhere in our offers. What appears instead is a moisture maximum, a free fatty acid ceiling, an outturn, a kernel count, a cloud point or an ISRI grade — each with a named test method and a named tolerance.
Because we manufacture, those figures are production parameters rather than hopes. The fractionation cut point that sets a cloud point, the length grader that sets a broken percentage, the calibration screen that sets a kernel count — all of them are settings on our own plant, adjusted to the contract before the run starts. A trading company can only sort what already exists; we can make it.
Every lot is then analysed in our in-house laboratory, and verified at load port by SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, Cotecna or a surveyor you nominate and pay for. Their certificate is final for quality and weight at settlement, and we give them access to the line rather than only the finished stack.
Composite sampling method, sample retention period and the laboratory are all named before loading, not argued about afterwards.
Analysis, origin, phytosanitary, fumigation and halal certificates are couriered with the document set, not sent afterwards on request.
The contract states the claim window, the arbitration body and the applicable rules. Usually GAFTA, FOSFA or ISRI.
The standards our cargo and contracts sit inside.
JAKIM Halal

GAFTA & FOSFA
Contract terms and arbitration for grain, feed, oils and fats.
ISRI specifications
Scrap grades contracted to the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries circular.
GLOBALG.A.P.
Packhouse standard for the fresh produce we consolidate.
ISPM-15
Heat-treated pallets and dunnage on every palletised shipment.
What gets measured, and how.
- Edible oils
- FFA as palmitic, moisture and impurities, iodine value by Wijs, cloud point, Lovibond colour and peroxide value. Sampled from the flexitank or shore tank at loading.
- Nuts and kernels
- Outturn in lbs per 80 kg bag for RCN, kernel count per lb, moisture, defective percentage, aflatoxin B1 and total aflatoxin against destination limits.
- Grains and pulses
- Moisture, broken percentage, foreign matter, damaged and discoloured grain, test weight, and fumigation certification to ISPM-15 where required.
- Spices
- Moisture, volatile oil, ash and acid-insoluble ash, light berries, ASTA cleanliness, aflatoxin and pesticide residue against EU or destination MRLs.
- Fresh produce
- Size grading, defect tolerance, pulp temperature at stuffing, reefer set point, and phytosanitary certification from the origin authority.
- Metals and scrap
- ISRI grade verification, radiation screening, moisture and non-metallic content, with photographic and video evidence of loading on request.
