Own-factory manufacturing and processing
XINYI SMART SERVICE is a manufacturer first. Our own refining, milling, grading and packing lines in Malaysia turn raw origin material into finished export product under our own supervision, on our own schedule. That is the whole difference between us and a trading company: when you place an order, we allocate production capacity to it rather than going out to look for someone else's cargo. Refining parameters, kernel counts, broken percentages, sieve sizes and moisture ceilings are set on the line, not negotiated after the fact with a third party. Because the factory is ours, a buyer who needs a tighter tolerance than the standard grade can usually have it — we simply run the line to that setting and price the yield loss honestly.

Affiliated factories and partner mills
No single factory covers fifty-eight commodities, and any company claiming otherwise is reselling. What we operate instead is a group: our own plants, sister factories under common management, and a small number of long-contracted partner mills at origin whose lines we have audited and whose output we take on committed volume. A Vietnamese pepper mill, an Indian groundnut processor, an Ivorian cashew plant — these are production partners with whom we hold standing agreements, not suppliers we call when an enquiry lands. The practical result for you is range and depth at the same time: the full catalogue from one contract, at manufacturer pricing, with the factory named on the certificate of origin.

Private label, OEM and contract packing
A large share of our output leaves under our customers' brands rather than our own. We run bottling, pouching, tinning and bagging lines that take your artwork, your net weights, your barcodes and your destination's labelling law, and deliver retail-ready or food-service-ready product at the port. For importers who repack at destination we supply in jumbo bags, drums, flexitanks and bulk. For distributors who want shelf-ready goods we handle print origination, label compliance and carton design, and we hold your artwork on file so a repeat order runs without a new approval cycle.

In-house laboratory and third-party inspection
Every production lot is tested on our own laboratory before it is offered for loading, and tested again by an independent surveyor before it sails. In-house we run moisture, free fatty acid, iodine value, cloud point, colour, ash, volatile oil, kernel count and defect analysis depending on the commodity. Independently, you nominate SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, Cotecna or Alex Stewart, and their certificate is final for quality and weight at settlement. We give the surveyor access to the line, not just the finished stack, which is why our claim rate is what it is.

Export documentation and compliance
A documentary error costs more than freight, and it is the single most common reason a shipment sits at destination. Because we are the manufacturer, the certificate of origin, the mill certificate and the health certificate all originate with us rather than being collected from a third party after the fact. Every set is prepared against your import requirements and checked line by line before release. We work routinely against Nigerian Form M and PAAR, SONCAP, Saudi SABER, Egyptian GOEIC registration, EU aflatoxin and MRL limits, and JAKIM halal certification.

Freight, consolidation and warehousing
We hold contracted space with mainline carriers out of Port Klang, Penang, Pasir Gudang and Tanjung Pelepas, and we charter for bulk parcels where containers do not make commercial sense. Bonded and free-zone storage in the Klang Valley lets buyers consolidate several commodities from several of our factories into one container, or hold stock closer to their market and draw it down against instruction. For buyers trialling a new line, consolidation is what makes a small first order economic instead of prohibitive.

- Incoterms
- CIF and DDP are our standard terms — landed pricing with freight and insurance included, and under DDP with duty and delivery to your door. FOB, CFR, FCA and DAP are quoted on request.
- Payment
- Telegraphic transfer against an agreed advance and balance is our standard term. Cash against documents is available to established counterparties.
- Inspection
- Independent surveyor at load port — SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas or your nominee. Certificate final for quality and weight unless the contract states otherwise.
- Contract forms
- GAFTA and FOSFA for agricultural cargo, ISRI grades and terms for metals, or your own form where it is workable.
- Documents
- Full set of clean on-board B/Ls, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, plus phytosanitary, halal, fumigation or radiation certificates as the destination requires.
- Insurance
- Marine cargo at 110% of CIF value, Institute Cargo Clauses (A), placed with a rated underwriter.
