Retained samples are held for the full claim period.

Independently, you nominate the surveyor and their certificate is final for quality and weight at settlement. Packed goods run on our own filling lines in PET bottles from 500 ml to 5 litres, jerry cans of 18 to 20 litres, and 190 kg drums.
